Celebsfun History
In the year 2004
August - September
In this period, I've been thinking about making a new and unique website. It took me a while to find the perfect subject. In the beginning of September I was lucky I guess, because I found that unique subject for a website. I hadn't chosen a name yet. This is only the beginning.
September 2004 - February 2005
In this period I made the 'skelleton' of the site. That means, only coding, nothing else, just coding...no content yet. This took about 6 months of work, a half year!!!! Crazy work, I tell you.

June - July
Nothing happened for months, but finally I'm back working on the site with my programmer, adding new stuff and get everything ready to promote the site.
August
This month has probably been the most exciting and stressful one since the very beginning. After 5 days of promoting Celebsfun, exactly on the 10th of August, Celebsfun has had a serious visitor boost, we've reached 10.000 hits that day. As Celebsfun was becoming very active, bugs have appeared. Now, a thing that made it even worser, is that the main programmer of Celebsfun was on holidays for a little bit more than a week yet. I, main webmaster of Celebsfun, couldn't do much to solve the bugs. Though, they weren't that important. Anyways, another dramatic thing happened; the forum. There was a serious problem with the forum, concerning the user database, I've been in contact with forum (phpBB) experts to solve that problem. As I became hopeless, I've tried to fix it myself and accidently deleted all the registered users who had an account on Celebsfun. I had to replace the user table with an old back-up, as result that we lost all the new users (including a part from the 10th of August). Well, I couldn't go way back, so that's pretty sad. Around the 17th of August, our dear programmer came back from holidays and solved all the bugs, including the forum. That was the end of all the misery. At the end of the month we've decided to change the layout of Celebsfun, as it looked a bit outdated. I'm very proud of the result I must say. And, Celebsfun went out of b�ta, kind of, as Celebsfun is working fine now like it always should.
